Returns

We offer free returns with every order, and a 28 day return window, to help you choose the perfect fit and colour.  If your E9 item doesn't fit then repackage the items andget in touch with our customer service team who will organise a returns label for you. Then, visit https://pickup.dpd.co.uk/ to find your nearest drop off point.

DPD will then return your parcel to us and we'll process your refund.
